Garlic (minced)

Silken tofu (sliced)

Ginger (julienned)

Soy sauce

Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon
- Arrange the tomatoes, tofu, mushroom, sour plum and pickle on top of the fish.
- Mix all sauces in a small bowl, pour the sauce over the sauce, let it marinate for about 20minutes.
- Heat the oil in a wok, once hot, carefully pour the hot oil over the fish to lightly cook the ginger and garlic.
- Steam the fish over high heat for 10 minutes, until the fish is cooked.
- Lastly, garnish with the cilantro leaves.
