Ginger (sliced)

Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Salt
to taste
Cornstarch
2 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons
  1. Pat the fish dry, season with salt, pepper, Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil and soy sauce.
  2. Dredge the fish in cornstarch.
  3. Heat sesame oil, fry the ginger until golden brown and crispy, set aside.
  4. Heat oil, fry the fish until golden brown, sprinkle the fried ginger on top.
