Ginger Scallion Fish Slices

Fish fillets
500g
Garlic (minced)
4 cloves
Green onions (sliced)
4 scallions
Pepper
to taste
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons
Ginger (julienned)
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
  1. Season the fish fillets lightly with salt, pepper and Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil in a large skillet, add the fish slices, cook until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil, garlic and ginger saute until fragrant.
  4. Add the scallions, fish and some water to the skillet and continue to saute.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, soy sauce and pepper.
