Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Prawns

Prawn
450g
Shaoxing wine
2 teaspoons
Garlic (minced)
7 cloves
Red chilies (chopped)

Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil

Sugar
¼ teaspoon
White pepper powder
¼ teaspoon
Ginger (minced)
3 slices
Scallions (chopped)

Breadcrumbs
1 cup
Salt
½ teaspoon
  1. Add prawn to a bowl and toss with white pepper powder, shaoxing wine and Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, add ginger, garlic and chilies, fry until fragrant.
  3. Add in prawn, salt, sugar, white pepper, Shaoxing wine, Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil and breadcrumbs.
  4. Lightly toss everything together and garnish with scallions.
