Braised Lamb Pot

Lamb shoulder (cut into bite-sized)
1kg
Garlic (minced)
4 cloves
Water
2 cups
Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Chinese five-spice powder
1 teaspoon
Green onions (chopped)
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Onion
1
Soy sauce
¼ cup
Brown sugar
1 tablespoon
Salt
to taste
  1. Heat Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil in large pot, add garlic and onion saute until fragrant.
  2. Add lamb pieces, sauces and water, cover the pot and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  3. Season with salt to taste, garnished with green onions.
