Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Prawns

Shaoxing wine
2 teaspoons
Garlic (minced)
7 cloves
Red chilies (chopped)

Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon
Sugar
¼ teaspoon
White pepper powder
¼ teaspoon
Ginger (minced)
3 slices
Scallions (chopped)

Breadcrumbs
1 cup
Salt
½ teaspoon
- Add prawn to a bowl and toss with white pepper powder, shaoxing wine and Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil, add ginger, garlic and chilies, fry until fragrant.
- Add in prawn, salt, sugar, white pepper, Shaoxing wine, Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil and breadcrumbs.
- Lightly toss everything together and garnish with scallions.
