Braised Abalone with Chicken
Abalones Chicken thighs
500g
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon
Ginger
2 slices
Green onion (chopped)

Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Garlic (minced)
3 cloves
- In a wok, heat Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, sauteing until fragrant.
- Add chicken to the wok, cook until the skin is golden brown.
- Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and sugar in bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add the abalones to the wok, gently mixing them.
- Pour some water, cover the wok, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
