Braised Abalone with Chicken

Abalones Chicken thighs
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon
2 slices
Green onion (chopped)
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Garlic (minced)
3 cloves
  1. In a wok, heat Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, sauteing until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken to the wok, cook until the skin is golden brown.
  3. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and sugar in bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add the abalones to the wok, gently mixing them.
  5. Pour some water, cover the wok, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve.
