Braised Lamb Pot
Lamb shoulder (cut into bite-sized)
1kg
Garlic (minced)
4 cloves
Water
2 cups
Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Chinese five-spice powder
1 teaspoon
Green onions (chopped)
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Onion

Soy sauce
¼ cup
Brown sugar
1 tablespoon
Salt
to taste
- Heat Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil in large pot, add garlic and onion saute until fragrant.
- Add lamb pieces, sauces and water, cover the pot and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Season with salt to taste, garnished with green onions.
