Buddha’s Delight (Luo Han Zhai)

Assorted mushrooms (sliced)
Carrot (sliced)
1 cup
Baby corn
1 cup
Garlic (minced)
2-3 cloves
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon
Bamboo shoots (sliced)
1 cup
Snow peas
1 cup
1 cup
Ginger (minced)
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
to taste
  1. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger, and saute until fragrant.
  2. Add all ingredients into the wok. Stir-fry for few minutes.
  3. Pour all the sauces, stir well to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
