Cheese Baked Fried Rice

Rice (cooked)
2 cups
Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cups
Carrot
½ cup
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon
Pepper
to taste
Pineapple chunks
2 cups
Ham (diced)
½ cup
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic (minced)
2 cloves
Salt
to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to (190C).
  2. Combine the rice, pineapple chunks, cheese, ham and carrot in a bowl, mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the rice and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Put into oven for 20-25 minutes and ready to serve.
