Shredded Chicken with Sesame Oil

Cheese Baked Fried Rice
Rice (cooked)

Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Ginger (grated)

Pineapple chunks

Ham (diced)

Back
Preheat the oven to (190C).
Combine the rice, pineapple chunks, cheese, ham and carrot in a bowl, mix well.
In a small bowl, whisk together the
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Pour the sauce over the rice and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put into oven for 20-25 minutes and ready to serve.
