- Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well marinate for at least 1 day.
- Preheat oven to 150C.
- Heat the oil in large skillet, add the duck legs, skin-side down and sear until both side golden brown.
- Transfer the duck legs and marinade to the oven, bake for 2 hours.
- Serve the duck confit hot, accompanied by your favourite side dishes.
