- Season the fish fillets lightly with salt, pepper and Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil.
- Heat 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil in a large skillet, add the fish slices, cook until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil, garlic and ginger saute until fragrant.
- Add the scallions, fish and some water to the skillet and continue to saute.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, soy sauce and pepper.
