- Fried egg and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet, add Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil, garlic and onion, saute until fragrant.
- Add kimchi. sesame oil and rice into skillet, mix well.
- Pour kimchi juice over the rice and stir fry for another 5-6 minutes.
- Season the fried rice with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the kimchi rice to plate, place the egg on top, garnish with some roasted seaweed.
