Kimchi Fried Rice

Cooked rice
2 cups
Kimchi juice
½ cup
Garlic (minced)
2 cloves
to taste
Kimchi (chopped)
1 cup
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Small onion (chopped)
to taste
Roasted seaweed
  1. Fried egg and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet, add Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil, garlic and onion, saute until fragrant.
  3. Add kimchi. sesame oil and rice into skillet, mix well.
  4. Pour kimchi juice over the rice and stir fry for another 5-6 minutes.
  5. Season the fried rice with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the kimchi rice to plate, place the egg on top, garnish with some roasted seaweed.
