Korean Fried Chicken

Chicken drumettes
1kg
Cornstarch
1 cup
Salt
to taste
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic (minced)
2 cloves
Sesame seeds
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Sauce
Honey
2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon
Red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon
Green onions (chopped)
  1. Mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and pepper to coat chicken.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet, fry the chicken until golden brown.
  3. In a separate saucepan, combine all sauces and heat it.
  4. Once the sauce is ready, toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
