Mee Suah Soup

Mee Suah
1 bundles
Garlic (minced)
2 cloves
Ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon
to taste
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
to taste
Green Onion (chopped)
  1. Cook the mee suah, drain and set aside; fried the egg and set aside.
  2. In a pot, heat Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat, add garlic and ginger sauteing until fragrant.
  3. Pour in water, add seasoning and vegetable.
  4. Ladle the hot soup over the mee suah.
  5. Serve with egg and green onion.
