- Heat oil in wok, add salmon to the wok and cook for about 3-4 minutes and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a little more oil, then add garlic and saute until fragrant.
- Push the garlic to one side and pour the eggs into the empty side, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until slightly tender.
- Add the cooked rice, stir-fry the rice with vegetables and eggs.
- Return the cooked salmon to the wok with the rice mixture.
- Drizzle soy sauce and Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil and stir well. Season the fried rice with salt and pepper to taste.
