Salmon Fried Rice

Cooked rice
2 cups
Egg (lightly beaten)
Garlic (minced)
2 cloves
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon
to taste
Salmon (diced into small pieces)
Mixed vegetables (diced)
1 cup
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
to taste
  1. Heat oil in wok, add salmon to the wok and cook for about 3-4 minutes and set aside.
  2. In the same wok, add a little more oil, then add garlic and saute until fragrant.
  3. Push the garlic to one side and pour the eggs into the empty side, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until slightly tender.
  5. Add the cooked rice, stir-fry the rice with vegetables and eggs.
  6. Return the cooked salmon to the wok with the rice mixture.
  7. Drizzle soy sauce and Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil and stir well. Season the fried rice with salt and pepper to taste.
