- Combine flour and salt, slowly add the hot water while stirring continuously until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the sliced scallions with Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil and salt, set aside.
- After the dough has rested, divide it into 4 equal portions. Take one portion and roll it out into a thin circle.
- Brush the surface of the rolled-out dough with sesame oil. Then evenly distribute a quarter of the scallion filling over the oiled dough.
- Heat the oil in a skillet, fry the pancake until golden brown and crispy.
