Sesame Oil Chicken

Boneless chicken
500g
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Shaoxing wine
1 tablespoons
Ginger
1
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoons
Brown sugar
1 teaspoon
Salt
To taste
  1. In a bowl, mix Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, brown sugar and ginger.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a pot, heat Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat, add ginger saute until fragrant.
  4. Add water and chicken to cook.
  5. Last, add Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil and salt to taste.
