- In a bowl, mix Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, brown sugar and ginger.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a pot, heat Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat, add ginger saute until fragrant.
- Add water and chicken to cook.
- Last, add Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil and salt to taste.
