Steamed Egg with Clams

Fresh clams (scrubbed and cleaned)

Clam juice (reserved from steaming the clams)
1 cup
Green onion (thinly sliced)
Salt
to taste
Eggs

Water
¼ cup
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon
White pepper
to taste
  1. Steam the clams until the clams have opened.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed. Gradually add the clam juice and water to the beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Season the mixture with salt and white pepper. Stir in the Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil.
  3. Steam the egg with clams for about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Lastly, garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
