Stir Fried Mix Vegetables

Ginkgo nuts
½ cup
Lily bulbs
½ cup
Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Sugar snap peas
1 cup
Wood ear mushrooms (sliced)
1 cup
Garlic (minced)
2 cloves
  1. Heat Extra Virgin Pure Sesame Oil in a large skillet, add garlic and saute until fragrant.
  2. Add all ingredients to the skillet stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
